We didn’t start SLO Rx because we wanted to be another coaching company. We started it because we’ve both seen what happens when people, especially women, are ignored, dismissed, or made to feel like their struggles don’t matter.
Sienna’s journey started when she watched her mom get brushed aside by doctors, left without answers, and forced to figure things out alone. It lit a fire that still fuels her today:

With a doctorate in chiropractic, a master’s in sports medicine, and over a decade of experience, Sienna helps women build lean muscle, increase energy, and reclaim confidence without extremes.
Her approach blends sustainable fat loss, strength training, hormone-conscious nutrition, and longevity-focused wellness. No gimmicks—just what works.
She’s coached hundreds of women through fat loss plateaus, metabolic burnout, and all-or-nothing fitness cycles—helping them finally feel strong, capable, and grounded in their bodies.
And she’s lived it too.
After competing in bikini bodybuilding and gaining 40 pounds post-show from hormone dysregulation, Sienna had to unlearn toxic fitness culture and rebuild her health from the inside out.
Through reverse dieting, strength training, and healing her metabolism, she lost 40+ pounds over time—without obsession. Now, she’s the leanest and strongest she’s ever been, with the freedom to live.
As a chiropractor and Primary Spine Practitioner with advanced training in biomechanics, Jonathan helps clients build resilient strength and move with precision—whether their goal is athletic performance or simply living pain-free.
His direct, strategic coaching style is rooted in deep clinical expertise and a passion for helping people train hard without breaking down.
