I know what it's like when the body you're living in doesn't match the effort you're putting in.
In my early 20s I was training hard, eating clean, doing all the things. My hormones were a disaster. My energy was shot. Every doctor I saw told me my labs looked fine. I knew they weren't fine. My body was screaming at me and nobody had the language to translate it.
That experience didn't just launch my career. It shaped exactly how I coach. I know what it's like to have your nervous system stuck in overdrive. I know what it feels like to burn the candle at both ends and feel like your body is working against you despite your best efforts. I know what it's like to want a real answer from someone who actually digs in, reads your data, and builds something specific to you.
That's what I do for my clients now.

I'm a wellness coach and peptide educator based in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. I have a Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Master's in Sports Medicine, and six years in clinical practice watching firsthand what happens when the body's systems fall out of sync. That clinical depth is the foundation of everything I do at SLO Rx.
I move my body every single day. Not to punish it. Not to shrink it. Because it's the best mental health tool I've ever found. Strength training is my anchor. Walks are my sanctuary. I show up for my workouts because I want to be strong and capable at 80, not because I'm chasing a number.
Outside of work I'm married to, and work with my husband Jonathan. We share our home with three dogs, Freya, Karsa, and Topper, who you've probably already met on Instagram. Topper is my unofficial assistant and chief content reviewer. His feedback is full of strong side eyes and plenty of snuggles.
What lights me up is watching people live out their highest potential. Life is genuinely a gift. The hard seasons teach the best lessons, but only if you let them make you better instead of bitter. That's the energy I bring to every client relationship.
