The wellness industry has a habit of piling on. More supplements. More restrictions. More output. More suffering disguised as discipline.
My thesis is the opposite. What is the least we can add to your body and system to get the outcomes we're actually after? That's the question I start every client relationship with. And the answer is almost always simpler and more sustainable than what the internet told you.

Most of my clients come to me believing something is fundamentally wrong with them. They've been told their labs look fine. They've been handed the same advice for the tenth time. They feel like failures despite working incredibly hard.
The truth is usually something different. Their body is doing exactly what it's designed to do under the conditions it's been given. Protecting them. Hoarding resources. Staying in survival mode.
When your nervous system is chronically dysregulated, from stress, from poor sleep, from running at a million miles per hour without a real off switch, your metabolism follows suit. Your body is doing exactly what it was designed to do under the conditions it’s been handed. And “try harder” is genuinely the wrong answer.

I have a Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Master's in Sports Medicine. I care deeply about the research. I also know that data without context is just noise, and that a client who feels seen and understood will outperform one who's just following instructions every single time.
So yes, we look at the science. We look at your labs. We build something evidence-informed and specific to you.
And we also talk about your life. Your stress. Your history. The patterns that keep showing up. Because sustainable change lives at the intersection of both.

This applies to everything I do. Whether we're talking about metabolic support, peptide education, habit change, or nervous system regulation, the goal is always the smallest effective input that produces the desired outcome.
Piling on doesn't accelerate results. It creates noise, increases risk, and makes it impossible to know what's actually working. I'd rather take four months to build something that lasts than four weeks to build something that falls apart.

1. I actually read your intake.
Labs. Health history. Lifestyle. Goals. What’s worked before and what crashed and burned. I read all of it before we get on a call. Every single time. That’s not a flex, it’s just the bare minimum if we’re going to build something that actually fits you.
2. We find what’s actually stuck.
Most people coming to me aren’t lacking effort. They’re putting in a ton of it. What’s missing is the right input at the right time for their specific situation. I’m not here to pile on more things. I’m here to figure out which one thing is actually driving the problem.
3. We build from scratch. Every time.
I find cookie-cutter plans genuinely weird. Not just ineffective, actually weird. You are not a template and your protocol shouldn’t be either. Everything is built around your goals, your history, and the life you’re actually living, not the one you think you should be living.
4. I don’t hand you a plan and disappear.
Weekly check-ins. Real adjustments based on how you’re actually responding, not just what the plan says should be happening. Troubleshooting when things get spicy. The ongoing work is where the real results happen, and honestly it’s my favorite part of this whole thing.
5. We protect your peace.
I’ve been in this industry long enough to know that more restriction, more obsessing, and more punishing your body to earn results is not a protocol. It’s a pattern. And it doesn’t work. If something we’re doing is creating more noise in your head instead of less, we adjust. That’s not optional. That’s the whole point.
GLP-1 signaling pathways are one of the most researched areas in modern metabolic health. I provide education on how these compounds work, what the research shows, and how to have an informed conversation with your healthcare provider about whether they're appropriate for your situation.
Targeted peptide compounds are an active and growing area of research across recovery, metabolic function, body composition, and longevity. I provide education on the published research, walk clients through their options using vetted sourcing guidance, and support clients already working with licensed providers managing their protocols.
The unsexy part that makes everything else work. Sleep, stress, movement, nutrition timing, nervous system regulation. We build the foundation that makes metabolic optimization actually stick.
I help you understand what your labs are telling you and how to bring that information to your healthcare provider in a way that actually moves the conversation forward.
